How will the virtual passes be delivered to me?

The virtual passes will be automatically delivered to you via email after your purchase is processed. There will be links and passwords that will be in your receipt/confirmation email.
What is included with the '24 Pass?

The '24 Pass includes all ICOM main sessions, ICOM Hub Sessions, all Zoom workshops, and all audio recordings of workshops. The content will be available through the end of the Calendar Year. The '24 Pass is $100. If you registered for ICOM 2024, you will receive a $50 discount off the price with a discount code that was sent to your email.
What is included with the 2024 Lifetime Pass?

The Lifetime Pass gives you permanent access to everything in the '24 Pass along with all SICOM programming.. The Lifetime Pass is $150. If you registered for ICOM 2024, you will receive a $50 discount off the price. A discount code was sent to your email after ICOM is over.
Can I upgrade my pass?

Yes! If you originally purchased a weekend or '24 pass and want to upgrade, please email virtual@theicom.org to get the instructions to upgrade your pass.
